The hotel is fairly clean, the staff are excellent and location is absolutely perfect! The venue offers exceptionally comfortable, outstanding rooms with fridge and microwave, as example. The hotel has the restaurant for dinner. When we visit Prentice, like staying here.

I enjoyed large, comfortable rooms with fine nature views. The management was friendly and accommodating.

I faced some challenges with housekeeping. No service on the second day, and a few amenities were lacking. The outdated facilities need attention.

The Queen Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave, easy to store snacks and heat leftovers. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I noticed some mold in the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioning didn't cool as well as I'd hoped. Breakfast was just a few wrapped rolls, a letdown since I was hoping for something more substantial.

The spacious queen room had a quick hot shower, great after a long day. Brochures for local activities were a nice touch. The air conditioning underperformed, and there were cleanliness issues, highlighted by stained bedding. Limited breakfast options and no coffee facilities also detracted from the experience.

This place suits me perfectly, with great Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour security. The staff was helpful with my elderly parents on my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back for a weekend.
